Includes 80 page manual with color pictures and detailed instructions, samples of Ashiatsu Cream and a DVD with audio. Also included is the stationary bar installation instructions. (Manual does not include the Free-Standing Portable Bar Schematics, but are offered at half price with Bar Home Study purchase) This DVD is completely instructional and has the entire routine performed with subtitles and audio instruction.
