Bamboo Massage
Bamboossage® Bamboo Massage
This is a one day course. Bamboossage® is an escape to the warm tropical breezes of the islands. It uses a set of bamboo and rattan sets that are warmed and used to massage the body. Bamboo massage can be used for both Swedish and deep tissue massage. Yes, you can apply very deep pressure without hurting yourself. Taking the work off your hands!
Unlike stones that can some times feel like you are holding a bar of soap, the tools are very user friendly. They do not get as hot as stones, thus avoiding the risk of a burn. They cool down quickly to body temperature, so you can keep using them as they do not get cold like stones.
The Bamboo Tools are included in your class as well as a 60 page manual and DVD. Heating pad will be provided in class or can be purchased. We recommend the Theratherm 14 X 27 heating pad with a 60 minute timer that heats up to 166 degrees. Can be ordered off web-site. Live Course is $375.00 and Home Study is also available for $289.99.
